Home delivery takes 1–6 business days from dispatch. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days from the date of order confirmation.
Delays may occur during peak periods including December, major holidays, and the start of each new season when order volume is high.
Delays caused by the shipping carrier are outside our control. We will notify you as soon as possible if your order is affected.
You are not required to be home at a specific time — the carrier will attempt delivery and leave a notification if you are unavailable.
You are entitled to return or exchange items purchased on our website within 30 days of delivery, with proof of purchase, subject to our returns policy.
