How to measure correctly?

For the most accurate result, measure your child's feet while standing, not sitting. We recommend measuring in the evening, when feet are slightly more expanded after resting during the day.

01
Step 1

Step 1

Place a piece of paper larger than the foot flat against a wall. Make sure the wall is straight.

02
Step 2

Step 2

Stand on the paper with the heel touching the wall. Make sure the paper is firm and doesn't slip under any gap between the floor and the wall.

03
Step 3

Step 3

Mark the point where the longest toe ends using a pencil. Don't press the pencil into the toe — keep it straight to get an accurate measurement.

04
Step 4

Step 4

Measure the distance from the edge of the paper to the toe mark using a ruler or measuring tape.

05
Step 5

Step 5

Repeat with the other foot. There may be a difference between them — that's completely normal. Always use the longer measurement.
