Shipping policy
Free Shipping on Every US Order
All orders include free standard tracked shipping. No minimum spend and no surprises at checkout.
Order Processing
Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on business days are processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends and federal holidays are processed the next business day. Processing time is 1–3 business days from the date of order and payment confirmation.
Delivery Time
Standard delivery takes 1–6 business days from the date of dispatch. Your estimated delivery window from order to arrival is 2–9 business days.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. During peak periods such as holidays and major sale events, delivery times may be slightly longer — we will always keep you informed.
Shipping Carriers
We work with major US shipping carriers to deliver your order. The carrier used may vary depending on your location and order size. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your shipment. If your tracking number is not updating, please allow up to 3 business days after dispatch before contacting us.
Force Majeure
In the event of circumstances beyond our control, including severe weather, natural disasters, national emergencies or other extraordinary events, delivery times may be extended by an additional 5–10 business days or more. We will notify affected customers as soon as possible.
Can I Cancel My Order?
Cancellations are accepted within 6 hours of order confirmation, provided your order has not yet been dispatched. To request a cancellation please email hello@ebminii.us as soon as possible with your order number.
