30-Day Return Window
We want you to love every Ebmini® purchase. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your order for a full refund.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Items showing signs of wear, dirt, or damage will not be accepted. You'll also need your order confirmation as proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned: socks, gift cards, items removed from original packaging, and items purchased on sale or at a discounted price.
How to Start a Return
Contact us at hello@ebminii.us before sending anything back. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted. Once your return is approved, send your parcel to:

We recommend using a tracked shipping service so nothing gets lost on the way. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect — in which case we cover all return shipping costs.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If something is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at hello@ebminii.us so we can make it right at no cost to you.
Exchanges
We offer one exchange per order within 30 days of delivery — for a different size, color, or style.
To start an exchange: email hello@ebminii.us with your order number. The item must be returned in new condition in its original packaging with no signs of use. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Please ensure we confirm receipt of your return — tracking is the customer's responsibility.
If we sent the wrong item or size, we will cover all return shipping costs.
Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
Refunds are issued for the product price only. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. No restocking fees are charged on any returns.
