Shipping & Tracking
How long does shipping take? Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on business days are processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST, on weekends, or on federal holidays are processed the next business day. From order to arrival, expect 2 to 9 business days. How much does shipping cost? Free standard shipping on all US orders. No minimum spend and no surprises at checkout.
Do you ship outside the US? Currently we ship within the United States only. We are working on expanding to more regions and will announce updates when available.
How do I track my order? Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can also track your order anytime at Track My Order. If your tracking is not updating, allow up to 3 business days after dispatch before reaching out.
My package shows as delivered but I did not receive it. What should I do? First check around your property and ask neighbors, as packages are sometimes left in unexpected spots. If you still cannot locate it, contact your carrier with your tracking number. If the carrier cannot resolve the issue, reach out to us at hello@ebminii.us and we will help.
Can I cancel my order? Cancellations are accepted within 6 hours of order confirmation, as long as your order has not yet been dispatched. Email hello@ebminii.us as soon as possible with your order number.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy? You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your order for a full refund. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. For full details visit our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Are returns free? Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. In that case, we cover all return shipping costs in full.
How do I start a return? Email hello@ebminii.us before sending anything back. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted. Once approved, we will provide the return address and next steps.
Can I exchange for a different size or style? Yes. We offer one exchange per order within 30 days of delivery for a different size, color, or style. Email hello@ebminii.us with your order number to get started. If we sent the wrong item or size, we cover all return shipping costs.
What items cannot be returned? Socks, gift cards, items removed from their original packaging, and items purchased on sale or at a discounted price are not eligible for return.
When will I receive my refund? Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the refund. Refunds cover the product price only and no restocking fees are charged.
I received a damaged or incorrect item. What should I do? Contact us immediately at hello@ebminii.us with your order number and a photo of the item. We will make it right at no cost to you.
Orders & Payment
What payment methods do you accept? We accept PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
Where can I find my order number? After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order number. You can also find it by logging into your account and checking your order history.
Can I use multiple discount codes at once? Only one discount code can be applied per order.
Product & Care
How do I choose the right size? Use our Size Guide to measure your child's foot at home before ordering. When in doubt, size up half a size.
How do I clean ebmini shoes? For light dirt, wipe down with a damp cloth. For heavier cleaning, hand wash gently and air dry. Avoid the dryer to protect the materials and shape of the shoe.
Do the shoes need to be worn with socks? Either works. In warmer months most kids prefer without. In cooler months, thin socks pair well with the shoes.
Are the materials safe for sensitive skin? Yes. All ebmini materials are lab tested, certified, vegan, and free from harmful substances.
